Dodged the bad weather until the end. Fired 22 guns. Special thanks to the two Steves. Steve Rafferty helped setup. Steve Beck-Montgomery helped tear down. We all were getting ready for the Nationals in Terre Haute. I don't know whether it helped us or not. Look at the scores and make up your mind f...

Got a call from the man that got me started in this obsession, Michael Hart at the old Backwoods target Range in Mt. Sterling Ky. Found out that Sandy Mullins, wife of Lee Mullins, long time Ky. state director passed away Feb. 12, 2023. Sandy was a very outgoing and fun person to shoot with. Anyone ...

Hi all, our June match went well. A big thank you to Ron Dampier and his wife Norma. Ron got the range ready and managed to get his second leg into smallbore revolver-AA and as far as I know his highest score in smallbore UAS with a 39. Way to go Ron! Doing all that work and shooting too. Many thank...

Our May match went well after the thunderstorm and the rain went through. We managed to get 25 guns in. In smallbore 37 seemed to be the score of the day. Thomas Curlin and his dad Will both had one in unlimited. Ron Dampier and I had one in unlimited any sight. The Boones, Chris and Leroy led the w...

Yes Will is the guy. I'll tell you what I know. He shoots a LBT cast boolit with a lot of the wight in the front of it. So it won't fit in his chambers with magnum brass. So he uses Special. it fills the entire chamber. As to actual load I have no Idea.

The biggest thing that hurt us was labor. When labor got too expensive or unable to find the volunteers had to do it. Consequently, the pace of the match slowed down and at some clubs you had to set your own targets. I'm sorry, we never asked anyone to set targets at Anderson County and "I"...

We had our first match of the year. We kicked it off on Saturday with our annual 500-yard match. Then we had our regular match on Sunday. We had six on Saturday and eight on Sunday. First off a big thank you to David Bemis and Ron Dampier who made it possible to shoot the 500. Jim Kesser and Doug La...

Re: 2023 preliminary master schedule
Looking through the schedule I see a new range in West Virginia. Near Bluefield.
