Saline Creek & Top Shot Matches Cancelled

I regret that I will have to cancel the August matches scheduled for this coming weekend at both Saline Creek and Top Shot. Some of you may know that I have to travel 230 miles from my home to host these matches in the north part of our state. The problem for me now is the monumental flooding we are experiencing here in my home town area in south Louisiana. My home is not in any danger of flooding and neither is the home of my brother Philip. However I have many family members who have lost their homes to the record high flooding. Our parish has an estimated 15,000 homes and businesses flooded. I can't in good conscience leave to host the above mentioned matches and since I transport the targets for the matches with me the matches can't happen. I must stay here and offer my help to my family. I hope this decision will not cause any problems for any shooters.

Charlie, Sure hope family and friends come through the storm OK. OH finally got some rain but not like down South. You can always have another match but got to take care of family first. Take care and hope you can dry out soon.
