Congratulations to Doug Edney winning 5 of the standing championships and all three standing championship aggregates!
I’m proud because he is from region 3.
Congratulations to Joe Cullison for again winning the iron man championship. I believe this is number 6 for Joe and far and away beats anybody else’s iron man wins.
Excellent shooting to both of you!
It is amazing to watch both of you shoot. Thanks for the memories from the 2018 world championships.

Was there a quorum & was a full report of IHMSA's financial position presented? If so, will those financials be published in the next issue of the IHMSA News?

Steve, I thought the idea of a quorum got defined several years ago to be based upon the IHMSA members present at the annual meeting. I suspect it would be impossible to get a quorum of all active members at an annual meeting. Based upon the President's column about the financial problems of last year and the interim corrective actions, I'm hoping our financial position is much better but will also be very interested in seeing an up to date financial report.

Which is exactly my concern. We have had a major financial problem due to the fact that the bylaws were not followed. It appears that we are continuing to not follow the bylaws. We need to see financials.

Steve, I just found my last copy of the bylaws (2015) and they state a quarterly financial statement will be given to the board. A sentence or two later states a financial statement will be given to the membership semi-annually and annually via the IHMSA News. Also found where a quorum is considered to be 30 eligible voting members. I wonder if there were that many eligible members at the annual meeting to even conduct a legal meeting. If there was no quorum then not much business could be conducted. I think my copy of the bylaws are up to date since that is the copy I was asked to help rewrite to eliminate conflicting statements and just do a general cleanup.
