Any member in good standing may submit a proposal to change or clarify a rule. The board is required to bring up and discuss those rule change proposals and either make a decision or refer it to the general membership for a vote.

Shoot often and shoot well.
Try to visit at least one other (other than your normal) range each year.

Joe, I have tried to submit suggestions for rule changes twice over the years. These suggested changes mysteriously disappeared. I firmly believe that suggested rule changes are only considered if submitted by a few selected IHMSA shooters. Don't know why this is but seems to be the way business is done. Anyway, rules are not important like they used to be. If rules are confusing, they are not much good. I'm just shooting to have fun even if I have to use a gun that is not IHMSA approved.

If anyone wants to submit anything to me i will make sure it gets reviewed and will be accountable.
