Can we email the match writeup forms to Jared or must they be mailed? I would think he would want electronic copies to insert into the newspaper.
Thanks
Jared Prefers Electronic copies and I added his email address to the form. best format is the report off the imatch program as it requires the least amount of editing. We are hoping to have all match results in electronic format in the future. and someday we will have the imatch program updated (this has been a big headache).
the match writeup form are mainly for match directors who do not have a computer (or hate computers).

Dan,
Thanks for the update. Our club does not use the match software but I will send our monthly match write up as a .doc or .docx format whichever works best for Jared.

It still shows Ray Utter over on the website. When will we star sending things to Tina?

Ray is no longer involved with the treasurer/sec. position of IHMSA. All match reports are sent to Jared Richards/editor. All match fee's, sanction fee's, membership dues are sent directly to HQ/Tina Cullison and her address is in the contacts part of the forum, thanks.

I emailed my two match directors and my members about the change. I gave them the new address of headquarters. I also reminded them it is time to renew their dues as they end December 31. If they start coming in now, our new staff will not be overwhelmed when they try to send out the paper with the membership cards.

When I open the new Match Recap form with Microsoft Office Word, the formatting is all messed up. Not a big problem, I was able to regenerate the form with some other software that I have. Did anyone else have a problem with formatting?

formatting fine on both of my computers. sounds like you may be using an older version of Word and does not have the new formatting features.

I do have an older version so that's probably the issue.
