Lighted Reticle

I've looked through the 'official rules' and I don't see anything that prohibits lighted reticles and scopes.

No problem when using a lighted reticle scope - they are legal. The red dot scopes (such as Aimpoint and Leupold/Gilmore) are also legal - these definitely are a lighted or illuminated optic.

Nope, they be optics. King Tubes are legal however assuming you can find one. They are non-optical.
