Since Silver Ridge Outfitters is no longer in business we need to explore lunch options. A friend operates a Cuban kitchen and would cater. His website is here. There is also a burger food truck, Valentino's. Their Facebook page is here. They do not have a website. The third option is no lunch provided. A fourth, I could do a Subway run daily. Please let your voice be known in this poll.
