Anyone know a source to ordering a 25mm lens to correct an astigmatism? I am currently using 25mm diameter diopter lenses attached to my shooting glasses to help see the front sight but my astigmatism is getting to the point it is not enough.

Champions choice has the 25mm lenses but in + diopters.

But, for my astigmatism, My Optical group measured my lens and ground me one to fit my prescription he came up with. worked well for me.

I had cataract surgery about a year and a half ago. The result is 20/15 in my left eye and 20/30 in my right. The latter being from astigmatism. And of course my right eye is very dominant so I can't shoot "cross-eyed". This year I have been using a disposable contact lens in my right eye to correct the problem. Definite improvement.
The only down side is that it is a bitch to put in and take out. I'd never worn contacts before so it takes some practice. They are practically all water. God knows how they make them. Once you know the prescription you can get them thru the internet for a little over a buck apiece.
If you can afford the extra bucks they can correct the astigmatism with a special toric implant when the cataract surgery is performed.

You can get the lenses through a local optometrist. I took in my old prescription glasses (20 years old for distance correction with astigmatism) because they give me great target and sight clarity. I had the optometrist use that prescription and make me a 40 mm lens. I sent the lens holder along and they fit one up for about $57. I actually had that prescription and one step stronger and one step weaker so maybe I could fine tune it.
This year I will get a new exam and ask that the correction distance be for the front sight or for halfway between the sights.
With an astigmatism it must be indexed correctly so I marked the point on the lens where the holder comes together.

I hope this helps a little bit.
Be well and shoot great.
Joe

Those are the lenses I use.

I need to get my prescription redone so I'll ask them but I have doubts they will do that. Even if they did it would be at a premium. I usually just get my prescription and order cheap glasses online since I tend to be hard on them.
