due to the changes in our association, some changes in HQ have happened and have been split between our members. all forms are being updated right now and will be available on this site. should have the forms updated in the next couple of days.

Here is the breakdown of HQ functions:

1. Memberships and Sanction Fees will be going to Tina Cullison (Secretary/Treasurer).
2. Match Package Orders and the annual IHMSA Match schedule will be maintained by Daniel Hagerty (ME).
3. Match Results will be going to the Editor who is Jared Richards.

most questions you have, please try to contact your state or Region director first. they should be able to answer most of your questions.

other persons of interest are as follows:

Bruce Barrett is our present IHMSA President. he is also our Physically Challenged Coordinator
Pete Tewes will be taking over as Vice President.
Tina Cullison is taking over as Secretary/Treasurer
John Richards is our Industry Relations committee chairman
Dell Taylor is our Rules Committee chairman.
no changes to the Region Directors.

and now our Records program Coordinators:
Joe Cullison Maintains the Big Bore and 1/2 Scale Records
Daniel Hagerty Maintains the Smallbore and Fifth scale Records
Glenn Tullius maintains the Air pistol Records
Al Kuenn maintains the Field Pistol Records
Eric King maintains the Ultra500 Records

Also, some of the forms will be changing. The main form being changed will be the Match Writeup forms. The 8 previous forms have been combined into 1 form for all disciplines. And soon, All templates for printing score cards will be made available on the website.

maintaining the Website has changed also. Jeff Bell is the Main webmaster. Daniel Hagerty will be taking care of the Forums.

What about the Match Recap form? Where will that be sent along with our dues?

All yearly membership dues, match fee's and sanction fee's are to be sent in to Tina Cullison treasurer/sec. at HQ. All match reports are to be sent in to Jared Richards/ editor. Thanks.

I would like to thank Mr. Hagerty for taking the time to announce the changes in HQ and the board of directors. Hats off to him for he has done a fantastic job with the web site also.

Xp-100 is correct. I have an ulterior motive for posting as all of us Records program coordinators are getting very little entries this last year.

Me helping is kind of my part of the job as I have been doing some time of function with HQ since 2015.

Would you please post Tina's complete mailing address where to send the match recap forms and monthly sanction fees?
Since so many things have changed at HQ lately, I for one do not know the correct mailing address or where HQ is these days.
Sorry to ask for this info but it is very confusing to us who are not directly involved with the new restructure.

Can we email the match writeup forms to Jared or must they be mailed? I would think he would want electronic copies to insert into the newspaper.
