I'm 72 and haven't been able to shoot open sights for about a decade. Cataract surgery is rapidly approaching. Those of you have had cataract surgery, has it improved your ability to shoot open sights? Any recommendation on lens choice?

Surgery helped me to see the sights again!! Well worth it to me!!
