Just a couple of cents worth of -if your interested -- Bowen Classic Arms
Contact them first to see if they have the rear blade width you're looking for however nothing from them as far as the hooded front.

Mike G., I found the Bomar rear and front hooded sight.

It seems to have all the screws but may need a small hex wrench to take off the hood.

I'm not sure what to sell it for, I'm guessing around $150 + shipping which should be $10.
