OOPS! I thought I had posted this last month. Sorry for the delay.
Had a pretty good turnout this month. Welcome to the Sizemore family who shot for the first time ever. Hope you all come back soon. Tom Wood led the way in Big Bore with a 40 X 40 plus 6 shoot off targets. Joe Puffert hit all 40, but one ram was too stubborn to fall down. We will be working on that ram as I left it standing twice. Unfortunately I left a few more stubborn rams. I know I need a heavier load, but it my arthritis in my wrist doesn’t like it. My dear dad is working something up for me, so maybe I can get a few more rams next time. I did actually hit all 40 targets!
In .22 class, Ricky and Ray want me to be sure to let everyone know that I got a 40 X 40 and Greg only got 39. However Greg did get all 5 shoot off targets! It was great to see Rich Baird could finally get a weekend off to come shoot with us. Rich did really well in Field pistol, but had some sight setting problems in .22 class. Greg was our only fifth scale shooter and had a fine 38, letting only one turkey and one ram get by.
