Hello, not sure if I'm in the right place or even calling this the correct name but we are starting pistol silhouette matches here in Mesa Az again and I'm thinking about trying creedmoor style but not sure on the leg protection aspect I don't want to start my self on fire any help on the subject would be great !
Thanks
MS

Welcome back !
I don’t think there’s any one making them anymore, probably the best bet would be going to a shoe repair, or someone that specializes in leather work. It’ll be a super easy project for them. Good luck

A blast shield is only needed when shooting a revolver.

And if you go with leather, use heavy top grain leather, not split leather.

Here is a simple one. Kevlar enclosed. Strap goes over right knee for a right handed shooter.
I thought you sold your 44 …

I would post a WTB Blast Shield ad in the classifieds. Someone might have one available.

I think I still have mine that's made out of HD conveyor belt rubber. It's a simple rectangular piece with a nylon web strap that allows it to hang over the knee in the bent leg position.
