It was a much better month for the Sin City Silhouette Shooters numbers wise and I think everyone enjoyed it. Dan Merserve came down from Utah to shoot with us and while he looked like he was struggling health wise he did shoot BBUAS 40 and a P36. Both with 6.5 calibers.One of my favorite too. Joe Kennedy ran out of his good(expensive) bullets and had to shoot his Rem bulk bullets and shot a very nice BBUS- 37. Might be a lesson there? "'Doc" came back with his usual BBUAS 40 and even Hoppy got into double figures.
In FP Hoppy stayed in double figures and Joe Kennedy improved to a nice 36.
Hoppy shot his first 40...kind of.It took 4 guns to do it but they were all shot standing and 3 of them were SW revolvers. Way to go Hoppy! Nags missed one target in UAS.OOps!I I started feeling weak at the end of the day and only shot a P 35.(more on that later).Nags did shoot a nice 36 on the FS targets, so he's getting there. I really needed help at the end of this day and as always Hoppy was right there telling to stay in the truck and "just drive the truck".. Thanks Hoppy!!
