Re: Frank Scotto Sr Passes
Frank was one of the key IHMSA members in the early days. He did much to build the sport and to keep it going after Elgin died. We are losing some great assets to our IHMSA family. I thank his family for sharing Frank with his IHMSA family.

I first met Frank at the 1987 Internationals at Oak Ridge. He was indeed a mainstay if IHMSA in those early years. Rest in peace.

Re: Frank Scotto Sr Passes
Sincere condolences to the Scotto Family. Frank was truly committed to IHMSA. He will always be remembered for the extreme challenges he confronted when this organization was in transition. Frank was another icon that lead this organization during a very difficult time. It is always difficult to loose someone in our IHMSA family. Many thanks to Frank and family. RIP

Re: Frank Scotto Sr Passes
Frank was a longtime close friend. Served with him on the IHMSA Board and we knocked down a few silhouette targets together over the years. Frank and his wife Mary were a hardworking IHMSA team. After Elgin's untimely passing, and Frank's election as president, there some tough times for the organization. He spearheaded actions, known to only a few, which were critical to the eventual survival of IHMSA. He is missed. Thanks for your kind remembrances of him. Marty Regan
