Left the Range - Richard Harper
Richard Harper of New Orleans, La. passed away this morning. He was a long-time IHMSA member and was a former Louisiana IHMSA State Director. My sincere condolences to his wife Ann, his son Eric, and to all of his family and friends. RIP !
