Shipping to Australia

Post by i26963 »

How hard or complicated would it be to ship a rear sight to Australia?
Any info would be appreciated
Thanks,
Melvin

I shipped to australia before and it is about the same as shipping anything else. Sights are not a controlled item.

not that I know of. The person who would know the best is Cody Abel as he imports a lot of stuff from the USA to him in australia.

Forgot, I just had to fill out a customs form as you would do to any foreign country.

Funny you should mention him, as he is then one I sending the sight to!
They once used an importers/exporter on the West Coast, but no longer use them.
I can get it to Russel Mowles when he comes over this summer to get it to him, but if it wasn’t too much trouble, was going to try and post it to him.
I’ll check with local P. O
Thanks

I have shipped to Paul Bertram (Paulie) before - if I remember correctly, there is a little form to fill out - just list it as "parts". Price was very reasonable !

I got her done! Not too bad, had to fill out customs form. It was pretty reasonable shipping USPS First Class Mail.
