I hate to hear this, but understand. I have thought about it several times, but just can’t give it up. I would miss the people too much. Even Robert!😁
Been a challenging year so far for me. I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer about 6 weeks ago, and it’s been non-stop scans, doctor appointments. Prognosis is very good, the cancer has not spread at all. I start radiation treatments in about 6 weeks, am on hormone therapy right now. After all these hormones, I may identify as Melvina instead of Melvin.😜
You have been a great ambassador for our sport, and I hope you will keep in touch.
Melvin
Thank you sir,I appreciate that! Sorry to hear about the prostate issue! Good luck with that,& for a fast recovery!

Please enjoy your retirement.
Best of luck in these trying times.

Melvin, you hang in there. Jim Fields beat that very same thing. I'm certain he would have some excellent advice and encouragement for you.

Take care all.
Joe
Thank your sir!

Sorry to hear that the time has come to throw in the towel. I've been in this game since 1980. I've seen many come and go. The day will come when I have to give up but I hope that is not for a while yet. I had to get a PC card a couple of years ago so I could keep shooting. I wish you the best in your retirement. Please stay in touch.

Jackie sorry to hear you are retiring. Don't be a stranger. Someone asked me my goals in shooting. I'm 62 years old. I said I wanted to be a work class shooter like Mr. Fields if and when I reach his age. I have the utmost respect and admiration for all those shooters who are only slightly older than myself. You, Melvin and others. They will have to drag me off the range.

Melvin glad to hear your prognosis is good. Do what the doctors tell you. They know what's best.

Charlie I have my PC card too. I drag a table around with me and have to shoot standing from a stool. Hang in there.

Jackie, I'd like to thank you for the advice and help on any shooting question I had. You have been a truly gracious ambassador for the sport. The shooting community will be poorer for your absence.
Good luck, Jackie
