I. Rule proposal by Rob Abel concerning competitor qualification to remove references to NRA sanctioned matches counting as qualification since the NRA no longer sanctions handgun silhouette competition.
vi. Remove the reference to NRA matches.
vii. Remove the section on an NRA physically challenged card

II. Move the section on the prohibition of bolt actions on production guns up to the production gun section out of the air gun section that says bolt actions are only allowed in air guns.

III. Move Practical Hunter and Ultra 500 to correct location in the rule book.

uhh, we got a problem here..

NRA is still sanctioning pistol silhouette matches. They did pull all sanctioning till the end of June though..
