Several days of rain left us a very soggy range with several areas of standing water for our March match. The day started overcast with a chilly breeze but the sky started to clear by the end of the match. We were joined today by team West; Richard & Ginny. Richard fired a 40X40 in UAS and Ginny continues to gain on her Unlimited Volquartsen Ruger with a nice 35X40. Jay Clark also made the drive from the Lafayette area to be with us today and brought along a new to him UAS Contender. His first ever score with it was a very respectable 36X40. It could have been better because he lost two shots due to time. Jay will no doubt be International class soon. We also had a former IHMSA member attend and his intention is to rejoin IHMSA after several years away from the sport. David Heintz will be a welcome addition to our ranks and we look forward to having him back on board.
