Wooden Ammo Block

Post by IHMSA15151 »

A new shooter at our silhouette matches is looking for an 40 rd. ammo block for 22LR. Does anyone have one for sale or anyone make them? I remember someone on thi site at one time was making some. Thanks, Steve

Steve,

A far better product is the MTM plastic box. http://www.mtmcase-gard.com/products/ri ... b-200.html

Hi Steve,
I showed him one of those but he really likes the wood one I use for Field Pistol. I've had it for a long time and don't remember who made it. I gave him Rick Davis's email and I'm hoping he might be able to make him one. Hope to see you in June, Steve

Never did find a wooden one. He finally just went with the MTM box. Do you make them?

I'd love to have a wooden one too....especially compared to the MTM ones!

I can, but I need to know if you are looking for one for setting in a shooting box or to hang off of a belt, as well as the # of rounds to hold. For a .22, I wouldn't want to have much more than 10 for fear of loosing them walking around between relays.
