This past weekend the 2014 Southern National NRA SB rifle silhouette match was held in Winnsboro, LA Below is a link to a video of the star of the match - young lady from Texas fired a 40x40 ! Not our game - but an awesome feat of marksmanship !

This young lady might just have a future in trigger-pulling. Maybe someone will get this to the Army unit at Ft Benning. How do they let her spotter get away with having no eye protection ? I hope they got it all on recording.
I have served as assistant match director, Southern Silhouette club, 1980s. Also, the Griffin Gun Club for Silhouette during the 1990s, to about 2005. For a short period I authored the ''Cast Bullet'' section of The IHMSA News. Joined IHMSA March 1979.
That's excellent. I do a 22 rifle shoot on Tuesdays at 25 yards only. Its on paper targets. As ugly as some of my 25 yard shots look I wouldn't be able to stretch them out over distance.
