Shooting Steel book shows 22.0 H110 and 20.0 SR4759 behind a NEI 140 grain cast bullet. This was shot in a 14" TC Super 14 converted from 7 TCU. I have been using 19.0 of SR4759 in a 7IHMSA with the 145 RCBS bullet and it is very accurate and very mild. I would suggest trying 19.0 of SR4759 as a starting load and see what kind of accuracy you get.
