6.5 Grendel throat

I have a contender barrel made by coyote chambered in 6.5 Grendel.I have had high pressure problems even with starting loads. After carefully seating the bullet deeper in the case I found that this barrel has a very short throat, COL should be 2.250", this chamber is 2.23. Has anyone else had this problem with Coyote barrels?
