My aching back 2

Post by 35isit »

May 30th 2014, my neurosurgeon says I don't have to wear my brace any more :D . Now I'm weaning of the meds for the nerves in my hip and leg. They caused me to gain weight and my legs, feet and belly to swell. By the end of the year I should be as close to "normal" as I'm going to be. Only time will tell. I want to thank all of you for your many thoughts and prayers.

Now I wonder if I will be well enough to get back into my treestand for deer season this fall. NOT!!!!!!!

Yes Melvin Humbabbies will be available. We are not sure whether we are hosting a 3rd ECC or not at this time.

Hi Greg,

Glad you are getting better. I would have that turtle shell bronzed if I were you.

Hope you guys do have the ECC next year as I will come and shoot 15 guns just so I can complain about the weather:)
It is always too sunny or too cloudy or too windy or too calm. Of course it can also be too rainy or too dry.
I have to keep my list up to date for when I shoot a bad score!!!

Some of the really bad cards I will put Melvin or Robert's or Gregs name on.

Jim, I want to be there the day you shoot a bad score. I understand that just does not happen. I know-----on some of them a single miss is a disaster. And, I do hope we meet at the ECC in 2015 and the Region 3 holds their Regional concurrently. RP

We may have the ECC in 2015 but unfortunatly Region 3 or for that matter region 2 will never be a part of it again. Too many days to plan for and all the shooters that are making it a success have to be at another match the next weekend. IF!! it happens in 2015 it will be because we get more help. Let's keep our options open and see what happens. Contact David through his email and let him know you really want him to have it. I certainly am willing to have it. It will only be 4 days next time.

Things are looking up. I got to drive a car for the first time since I fell. Another step towards recovery and independence.
