I have been able to block a group of rooms at the Best Western Inn in Zions Crossroads, VA (about 10 -12 miles from the range). They have given us 10% discount for some of the nights but due to a UVa football game some nights were not discounted. Thursday, Sunday, and Monday nights are available for $98.99 the other nights are $159.99 (all with an additional 7% sales tax). To get these rates, call the desk at 1-540-832-1700 Ext 4 and mention "IHMSA Region II Guest Room Block". Any rooms not reserved will be released on August 1 for general use. The Holiday Inn Express in Orange, VA didn't have enough rooms available to allow us to set aside a block of rooms. They are about 10 miles from the range.

The Holiday Inn Express in Culpeper, VA was requiring $159/ per night. There is also a Best Western, Rodeway, Microtel, Red Carpet, and Comfort Inn in Culpeper, VA. These are about 30 - 35 miles from the range.
