Red Dots / Halographs

Does anyone know of either a "red Dot or Holographic sight system that comes with anything smaller that a 3 MOA dot ??

there are a bunch of them. Just go to Midway and look up the red dot sights and you will find more than 10 with a 3 Moa dot.
