Aggregate Rule Proposal

Rule proposal from Rich Hawkins on the section pertaining to converting 60 and 80 round to 40 round.

Section IV. A. 7.b
i. By converting each individual score before adding for the aggregate.
ii. A person shooting a 282 on an 80 round match with odd number scores only scores a 139 under current rules.
iii. Proposed change is to add all scores together and then multiplying a 60 round score by 2/3 or multiplying an 80 round match by ½.
iv. Applies to all aggregates.
v. Rule change was adopted.
