7 mm Ugalde ( same as 7 mm TCU ) previous owner said lilja 6 groove ,9 twist about 2K rounds fired. Smithed by Spencer in Virginia . The ruger scope blocks do not need to be removed to shoot open sight making it more convenient to remove /install scopes. Brass and dies available ( will be added to the price ) to buyer if they want them. 2 sets of Ruger rings 1 " & 30 mm included. FFL to FFL .
